No. All Yalla Win products cost the same, regardless of how and where you purchase them.
No. You do not need to use the coupon during that same week. You have up to 60 calendar days to enter your unique coupon code to recharge your wallet in your Yalla Win Account and purchase products or via the mobile app (when available). When you use your coupon, the full value of the coupon will be added to your online wallet.
When you complete your purchase, you'll have two convenient options for getting your product: Home Delivery (delivery charges start from AED 10 per product) or Pickup from Office (collect your purchased product in person from our Head Office).
If you are buying our products online or from one of our retail outlets, the maximum number you can purchase in a single transaction is 15.
Yes. Just go to the History or Active Orders section on your My Account Dashboard, select the order you need the VAT Invoice for, and click on the Order Details option. The Invoice will be displayed with the relevant order number.

Creating an Account on the Web or App
Simply visit https://yallawin.pro or download the Yalla Win mobile app from the Apple App Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android to create your account.
No. Each customer can only have one registered account.
For online purchases, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. If you do not own a credit or debit card, you can visit an authorized Yalla Win retailer and make a purchase in cash.

Wallets
There are two electronic wallets (e-wallets) shown in your account. The Wallet Balance holds all of the purchased credits (1 credit is equivalent to AED 1) that you can use to purchase products from our platform(s). The Winning Wallet is used to transfer your earned reward(s), so you can have it transferred to your bank account. Note that the Wallet Balance amount cannot be requested for withdrawal. Only the Winning Wallet amount is considered for withdrawals.
The Wallet Balance is your e-wallet which holds your purchased credits (1 credit is equivalent to AED 1) that can be used to make product purchases from our platform.
The Winning Wallet is your e-wallet, in which all your earned rewards can be transferred. You can choose to withdraw your Winning Wallet partially or completely, or transfer the amount to your Wallet Balance to make future purchases. Note: Any winning amount transferred to your Wallet Balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any purchased credits held in the Wallet Balance cannot be withdrawn/refunded.
Wallet Balance can be updated online with a coupon code purchased from any of our retail outlets, any Visa/MasterCard, or by transferring credits from your Winning Balance. Note: Any credits transferred into the Wallet Balance cannot be refunded.
When you transfer earned rewards out of the Winning Wallet, you can request to withdraw all your winnings (minimum AED 100) and have it paid directly into your bank account, or select a smaller amount to be withdrawn and have the remaining transferred to your Wallet Balance. Note: For high-value withdrawals, we may request proof of your identity to process your payment.

The daily free promotional activities are available only to customers who purchase a products online from the Yalla Win website (https://yallawin.pro) or mobile app, or from an authorized Yalla Win agent. If purchased online, you can directly enter by using the credits in your Wallet Balance and selecting numbers manually or via Quick Pick. If purchased from an agent, you will receive an invoice to choose your numbers.
Log on to https://yallawin.pro, select Shop Now, then navigate to Daily Free Promotional Activities. After selecting how many products you would like to purchase, you can manually pick your preferred numbers or use the Quick Pick option.
After each free promotional activity, the results will be available on all Yalla Win digital platforms, including our social media accounts, website (https://yallawin.pro), or through the mobile app in the Order Listing section in the Dashboard.
You can check your purchased orders on https://yallawin.pro through the Active Orders section in My Dashboard.
Yes, you may participate provided you meet our eligibility criteria (please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Rules Area). You must not be prohibited or restricted from entering under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The credits in your Wallet Balance do not expire and will remain in your account for you to use at any time, subject to your account remaining active. If your account becomes deactivated, any wallet balance held in a disabled account shall be lost permanently.
Your account may be deactivated due to malicious activity noted by our compliance team. Please contact our compliance team at +971 50-756-4894 to resolve the issue and regain access to your account.
Once you have enrolled and received confirmation of your purchase, you cannot cancel the product purchase, but you can request cancellation with an adequate reason. The decision to cancel depends solely on the Administration of Yalla Win L.L.C.-FZ.

Winners
You can check your earned rewards in your Dashboard > Order Listing after the results have been announced. You can transfer the earned rewards into your Winning Wallet, then choose to transfer some to your Wallet Balance for future purchases or withdraw it, subject to certain identity checks.
If you have earned rewards, you can transfer them to your Winning Wallet, then choose to either transfer it to your Wallet Balance or withdraw it to your bank account via My Dashboard > Accounts > Transfer/Withdrawal Section. All rewards are paid in AED only.
Yes. As a condition of participation, if you earn free rewards, Yalla Win has the right to publicize certain details about you. This will be managed sensitively, and personal circumstances will be taken into account.
You can check your orders/earned rewards history in your Dashboard section under Order Listing on https://yallawin.pro or on the mobile app.
The past results of Free Promotional Activities are available on https://yallawin.pro, the mobile app (when available), and our social media channels. The latest results are also announced daily on our social media accounts.

Earned rewards must be claimed within 60 days from the draw date.
Technology

The system allows you five attempts to enter the correct password, after which your account will be locked for 10 minutes. After this, try to log in again or reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' option.
